Qualification: Gurleen is a qualified Company Secretary (CS) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) from the University of Delhi.
Experience: She has well-rounded experience in corporate law and securities law, with expertise in due diligence, core secretarial compliances, corporate governance, and ensuring regulatory compliance under the Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, and other applicable laws.
Previous Association: Prior to joining Credora Partners, Gurleen was associated with Makarand M. Joshi & Co., Mumbai, where she gained strong exposure in corporate and secretarial compliances, due diligence, and regulatory advisory functions across corporate law and securities law mandates.
