Qualification: Vivek is a qualified Company Secretary (CS) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com).
Experience: He has more than 11 years of experience in corporate laws, with expertise in managing company law and secretarial practices, SEBI and listing compliances, capital market and transaction advisory, secretarial audits, corporate governance, organisational planning, and end-to-end issue management across both pre-IPO and post-IPO compliances.
Association: Vivek is the founder and managing partner of Rawal & Co. (Company Secretaries), a firm he established in 2020, through which he has built a strong practice across corporate law, secretarial compliances, and capital market advisory functions.
