Experience: She has well-rounded experience in corporate law and compliance, with expertise in managing legal due diligence, secretarial audits, corporate governance, and securities law compliance.
Previous Association: Prior to joining Credora Partners, Himani was associated with Sanjay Grover & Associates, where she gained strong exposure in secretarial audits, legal due diligence, and corporate governance advisory. Earlier, she has been associated with Chandrasekaran Associates, further deepening her expertise across corporate law, compliance functions, and regulatory frameworks.
