Hons) with a specialisation in Banking, Finance, and Insurance Law from the University of Petroleum & Energy Studies, Dehradun, and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Investment and Securities Law from the National Institute of Securities Markets – Maharashtra National Law University, Mumbai.
Experience: He has focused experience in merchant banking, with expertise in providing strategic financial advisory and managing corporate financial transactions across various capital market mandates.
Previous Association: Prior to joining Credora Partners, Shivansh was associated with Narnolia Financial Services Limited, where he built strong expertise in merchant banking operations, financial structuring, and corporate transaction advisory.
