Qualification: Priya is a qualified Company Secretary (CS) and holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Economics from Panjab University and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) from the Government College of Commerce & Business Administration.
Experience: She has well-rounded experience in company law and secretarial compliances, with expertise in managing corporate governance, regulatory filings, and capital market advisory, including compliance under SEBI and RBI regulations.
Previous Association: Prior to joining Credora Partners, Priya was associated with Narnolia Financial Services Limited, where she gained substantial exposure in secretarial compliances, corporate governance, and capital market advisory functions. Earlier, she has been associated with S.K. Sikka & Associates, Harvesting India Private Limited, and K.V. Bindra & Associates, building a strong foundation across company law, regulatory filings, and corporate compliance advisory.
