Qualification: Gagan holds a Master of Commerce (M.Com) from Chhatrapati Sahuji Maharaj University, Kanpur and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Investment and Securities Law from the National Institute of Securities Markets – Maharashtra National Law
Experience: He has experience in merchant banking, with expertise in providing strategic financial advisory and managing corporate financial transactions across various capital market mandates.
Previous Association: Prior to joining Credora Partners, Gagan was associated with Narnolia Financial Services Limited, where he built strong expertise in merchant banking operations, financial structuring, and corporate transaction advisory. Earlier, he has been associated with Corporate Capital Ventures Private Limited, further deepening his exposure across financial advisory and capital market functions.
