Qualification: Prashant is a qualified Company Secretary (CS) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com).
Experience: He has over a decade of experience in capital markets, corporate legal advisory, and regulatory compliance, with expertise in managing IPO processes, issue management, fundraising strategies, and ensuring seamless compliance under the Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, and Listing Obligations.
Previous Association: Prior to founding Credora Partners, Prashant served as Executive Director at Narnolia Financial Services, where he played a key role in capital market transactions and corporate compliance advisory. Earlier, he has been associated with Emmons International Ltd, GEFCO India Pvt Ltd, and Capital Trade Link Limited, building a strong foundation across corporate legal, regulatory, and advisory functions.
