Qualification: Angad is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) and Company Secretary (CS). He is also an IBBI Registered Valuer and an Executive Alumnus of the Indian School of Business (ISB).
Experience: He has more than a decade of experience in corporate finance and capital markets, with expertise in IPO advisory, mergers & acquisitions, capital raising, valuations, financial modelling, and transaction advisory.
Previous Association: Prior to founding Credora Partners in 2025, Angad was part of the Merchant Banking division at Narnolia Group, where he worked on SME and Main Board IPO transactions. Earlier, he served as Vice President at Almondz Group, focusing on debt and equity syndication, strategic acquisitions, and financial structuring.
