Qualification: Rishi is a qualified Company Secretary (CS) from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from IMT Ghaziabad and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com Hons).
Experience: He has solid experience in secretarial and legal operations, with expertise in legal drafting, corporate governance, and effectively liaising with various government departments and regulatory bodies.
Previous Association: Prior to joining Credora Partners, Rishi served as a Company Secretary for a listed company, where he gained hands-on exposure in secretarial compliances, regulatory filings, and corporate governance functions. He has also worked closely with the IEPF Department under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), gaining valuable insight into government processes and statutory frameworks. In addition, he brings strong independent experience as a Practicing Company Secretary, further deepening his expertise across legal, secretarial, and compliance advisory functions.
